We are currently developing new residential projects in Puçol y Puerto de Sagunto, two growing areas within the metropolitan area of Valencia. These architectural and housing projects under development reflect our commitment to the efficient design, construction quality, and comprehensive project management at all stages.
LandCo Puçol
Located less than 100 meters from the sea in Puçol, this residential building is inspired by the calm and light of the Mediterráneo. The architectural composition, based on clean lines and open terraces, promotes connection with the coastal environment. Community spaces are designed as meeting places that reinforce social life and a sense of community, integrating comfort, landscape, and Mediterranean culture into a single project.
Residential Penáguila
This residential building in Puerto de Sagunto is located in an area close to the beach and the Mediterranean, taking advantage of the light, climate, and open character of the sea culture.
The project is structured around pure volumes, large balconies, and outdoor spaces that interact with the landscape. The common areas are designed as places for interaction and coexistence, promoting community building and reinforcing the social value of architecture in a growing environment on the Valencian coast.
